Mat Pilates

Pilates is a series of exercises inspired by yoga and ballet. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups while also keeping a key focus on the deep core muscles.

Rhythm Ride & Sculpt

An excellent cardiovascular, low impact exercise. Come pedal to the beat and add a little weight training with it! We promise it’ll be a spin class like you’ve never experienced before.

Powerhouse Cardio/Fun Friday

A one hour, high intensity cardiovascular class with some weight lifting thrown in.  This class includes choreographed aerobics, step aerobics, and kickboxing. This is truly a total body workout, and it’s all done under glow-in-the-dark black lights!

Lunchtime Express

 A perfect thirty minute lunch break workout. Workouts are different day to day, but you’re sure to get a well-rounded, full-body burn each time! Lots of modifications offered for beginners.

Zumba/Dance Fitness

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy. The best part? It’s all in glow-in-the-dark black lighting!

Boot Camp

Designed to kickstart your goals, whether fat loss, muscle gain, or endurance, this class will deliver results.  This fast-paced class in a circuit-type setup will hit all the muscle groups.  It will combine periods of high and lower heart rate intervals to maximize recovery time between sets.  All exercises can be modified for any fitness level, making it a great class for beginners and athletes alike.

Total Body Sculpt

This class is a strength training class that incorporates the concept of progressive overload of the muscles to build strength.

Fight Club

Join Travis as he leads you through a killer impact boxing workout.  He will show you how to effectively hit the bag as though you’re in a real-life fighting match.  Expect to leave this class drenched in sweat and feeling strong!

Wed 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Triple Threat

A one hour, high intensity cardiovascular class with some weight lifting thrown in.  This class includes choreographed aerobics, step aerobics, and kickboxing. Risa even throws some drumstick cardio in there at times! This is truly a total body workout under the black lights!

W & Fri, 8:30am - 9:30am

Sunrise Stretch & Sculpt

This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of dynamic stretching. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and defined.

Abs and Assets

Welcome to your perfect low impact but highly effective toning workout! This class uses resistance bands, bodyweight and more to sculpt some of our favorite muscle groups-abs and assets! ;)

W, 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Treadscuplt

The perfect cardio/sculpt combination class. It features half the class on a treadmill completing a walk or run, then the other half is spent completing a weight floor circuit. Get your steps in and your pump on in this class.

PiloXing/Boxing Barre

A hybrid class consisting of boxing intervals at the aqua bag followed by barre/mat Pilates isometric exercises. Designed to get your heart rate up first, then follow with slow, intentional barre strength segments that are sure to ignite the whole body.
